Machine Gunners Waistcoat of typical WW1 Pattern. Manufactured in khaki wool cloth and padded leather shoulders. Worn over the service dress tunic. In reasonable condition (some moth to left collar ), light surface scuffing to the leather otherwise has survived well. With original brass general service buttons. Worn by Machine Gunners who carried the Vickers & Lewis guns.The waistcoat protected the shoulders. No date or label.
