Rare WW1 British Army Wound Card. Would be filled in and attached to uniform by RAMC to inform doctors at Field Stations the nature of the wound and what treatment had already been given. (avoids over dosing).  Dated 1917 . Looks like shraonel to foot. Soldiers number 12367, Treatment iodine.
