WW1 DLI BRITISH OFFICER'S ‘GOR BLIMEY’ CAP: DURHAM LIGHT INFANTRY.  Original iconic WW1 British Army Officer's Khaki Trench cap better known as a ‘GOR BLIMEY’. Made from medium weight fabric with quilted lining , neck curtain and  thin leather chin strap. The neck curtain unfolds with it's own material chin strap.
Belonged to an officer of the Durham Light Infantry. Retailers stamp Rooke & Sons, Oxford. In very good condition for its age, free from moth or other damage. Size 6 5/8.
