WW1 German made 1916 dated Field tunic. German 8-button white canvas tunic with fall down collar. Two covered hip-pockets.
Has what looks like added Turkish markings. "INVENTAR D5_834" and German A.VI. 1916. Faint red ink stamped star and crescent over the number 243 in Arabic Numerals]. These could have been added later !
In well worn and battered condition. Needs a few repairs but a rare item.
