Royal Flying Corps Other Ranks Pantaloons/ breeches. Very rare hardly worn pair of Bedford cord airman's breeches. This is a very distinctive pattern unlike any other from WW1. The pattern of buttons allow the front to fold down whilst being worn. No damage, wear or moth. Complete with late war WD stamp and remains of paper label to rear. Waist 30 inches. All original zinc buttons are present (C Edkins & Sons, Birmingham). Only other example I have seen is in the Imperial War Museum (can be seen online)
