WW2 HIGHLAND LIGHT INFANTRY or SEAFORTH HIGHLANDERS BRITISH ARMY KILT. A good other ranks kilt to a soldier of the Seaforth Highlanders or HLI. Stamped R over WD. (War Department code for 1939) It is in good condition with just a few small holes . Complete with two leather straps and buckles. Size 30 inch waist. Height from top to bottom is 24 inches.
