A good late WW1 British tunic to a member of the KRRC (Kings Royal Rifle Corps) Complete with all black rifle buttons and brass KRRC shoulder titles. Very similar to the 1902 pattern tunic apart from a single dart (pleat) under each collar. The lack of lining to the interior and under pocket flaps is identical to the 1902 pattern not the later 1922 pattern. Few areas of wear and scattered small moth. Good colour and would display well. 34 inch chest. No WD stamp and thread outline of a tailors label indicate a private purchase tunic. (possibly cadet). Collar badges once fitted.
