WW1 'floppy' style Service Dress Khaki Trench Cap. Named to an officer of the RAMC. Lieutenant J A S Burges (James Alexander Stewart) 49th Field Ambulance died on April 23rd 1917 . Bronze Royal Army Medical Corps cap badge. No moth holes ( light surface marks). Manufactured in a heavy weight ribbed material with narrow leather chin strap. Size 6 7/8. Possible break to peak stiffener.
